These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and HariHari4D ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"), operating under the domain harihari4d.cam, with respect to your access to and use of the HariHari4D online casino, sports betting, lottery, and related gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the HariHari4D website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

HariHari4D operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform targeting adult Malaysian users. All Services are provided for entertainment purposes only. The Platform reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on HariHari4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Services.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not eligible to hold a Player account.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where access to such platforms constitutes a violation of applicable local law.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated gambling exclusion register, self-exclusion list, or similar prohibited persons list applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of HariHari4D or any of its affiliated entities, game studios, or technology suppliers.
• You must hold only one (1) Account on the HariHari4D platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used.

HariHari4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid Malaysian MyKAD, passport, proof of residential address, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. HariHari4D may rely on the information you provide and shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or knowingly allow your Account to be used by any other person.

• You must notify HariHari4D immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of security.
• HariHari4D will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• HariHari4D is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Accounts must be accessed from a device owned or exclusively controlled by the registered Account holder.

HariHari4D supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), USDT, and BTC. No conversion fees are applied to MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency conversions, where applicable, are subject to prevailing market rates at the time of processing.

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• HariHari4D reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account Balance. Contact support immediately if an erroneous deposit occurs.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the HariHari4D Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification prior to first processing. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Active bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Processing times are indicative: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) — typically 5 to 30 minutes; FPX bank transfer — typically 2 business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation.
• HariHari4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. During such reviews, processing may be temporarily delayed.

HariHari4D offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral incentives, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions below.

• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unsatisfied at expiry will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds are credited in addition to, and separately from, real-money Account Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• HariHari4D reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a promotion is being exploited, abused, or circumvented.
• Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on the player's registered date of birth, provided KYC verification is complete at least 7 days prior. The amount is determined by the player's VIP tier at the time of the birthday.
• Referral bonuses are credited to both the referring player and the referred friend upon the referred friend's first qualifying deposit. Standard wagering requirements apply.

All bets and wagers placed on HariHari4D are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or sporting market in question, as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet. General wagering rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. HariHari4D does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in circumstances where the platform has accepted a bet in error or where a technical malfunction is established.
• Bets placed after the advertised event start time via in-play markets are accepted at the operator's discretion. Latency issues that result in a bet being accepted after the outcome is determined may result in the bet being voided.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are not guaranteed. For pre-match markets, the odds at the time of bet confirmation are the operative odds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and player tier. HariHari4D reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits without prior notice.
• Winnings on sports bets are calculated based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or official source. Errors in initial results that are subsequently corrected may result in bet settlement being revised accordingly.
• In the event of a system or software malfunction that affects a game round, the affected round will be voided and any stakes returned to the player's Account Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HariHari4D platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent conduct: Providing false registration information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activities. HariHari4D cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in matters relating to financial crime.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, structuring deposits and withdrawals to exploit promotional mechanics, or any other strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine play intent.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software exploits, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, or software bugs for profit. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider after depositing funds and consuming platform Services. Chargebacks will be contested and may result in permanent account closure.
• Underage access: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all HariHari4D services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time elapsed and net wagering activity.

All content on the HariHari4D platform — including but not limited to the HariHari4D name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, promotional materials, software, source code, and databases — is the exclusive property of HariHari4D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written authorisation from HariHari4D.
• Use any HariHari4D trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner not expressly permitted in writing.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Screen-scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HariHari4D shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

HariHari4D's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500, whichever is greater.

HariHari4D does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect Service availability. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live game round, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HariHari4D makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the Services or any content appearing on the Platform.

HariHari4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities set out in Section 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Provision of materially false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• At the request of a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or pursuant to a court order.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon termination, any real-money Account Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable outstanding bonus obligations and any amounts subject to fraud or dispute investigation will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings attributable to bonus exploitation or Terms violations will be voided upon termination.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting HariHari4D support. Self-initiated Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded via the Account's primary withdrawal method following KYC clearance.

HariHari4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Where a change is material in nature — for example, a change affecting withdrawal rights, bonus obligations, or eligibility criteria — HariHari4D will endeavour to provide advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is stated in the header of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other of the dispute, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the HariHari4D platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your applicable jurisdiction.
